IMPORTANT 

  • All markets (except halftime, first half markets, overtime and penalty shoot out) are considered for regular time only.

  • Regular 90 Minutes: Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Rules for certain sports/bet typologies, whenever an event is officially postponed, all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place and is completed within midnight (WAT) of the day following the date originally set for the match. If it does not take place or is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all the bet typologies related to that event will be deemed void within 24 hours.


SETTLEMENT AND CANCELLATION RULES




  • If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting.

  • If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting.

  • If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes), we reserve the right to void betting.

  • If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

  • If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial kick-off date betting will be void.

  • If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

  • In case of obvious errors on odds/spreads/handicaps/totals, we reserve the right to cancel any bets containing the wrong values even after the event has started. In case of multiple bets, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

  • Incorrect fixture: where the wrong player or team is quoted within a fixture name, all bets will be deemed void, except if we decide that the incorrect information did not make any difference for the settlement of the bet.

  • In case multiple bets on selections where the outcome of one can be considered to impact or to depend on the outcome of the other are accepted in error (i.e. a team to win a competition and to win a single match inside that competition), such selections will be deemed void, and the bet will be settled upon the remaining selections (if any available).In all these cases we reserve the right to cancel all the bets accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made by re-settling all the bets at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the bet was placed in the absence of the error.

  • The Customer has an obligation to inform us as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited on his/her account. 1960bet may at any time set off any positive balance resulting from the erroneous operation, as well as cancel possible bets or transactions made with the erroneously credited funds.

  • Neither we (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers are liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Bets placed in order to cover flawed bets will stand valid if not impaired by errors.

  • In the event that, due to technical problems, the printed version of a document or of a coupon differs from the web version, the latter shall prevail.

  • In the event of any dispute the Customer agrees that the records of our server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.


BOOKING MARKETS
